In this role, the Business Analyst will be pivotal in bridging the gap between clients and the technical team. Responsibilities include:

- Collaborating with Project Managers, Account Managers, and Senior Business Analysts to gather and refine business requirements.

- Translating client briefs into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria with the scrum team.

- Participating in product backlog refinement meetings and ensuring user stories are comprehended by all team members.

- Checking deliverables against business requirements and participating in sprint demos.

- Designing solutions to solve technical problems and participating in technical workshops and client meetings.

Ideal candidates will possess the following skills and experience:

- Ability to break down complex integrations and prioritise effectively.

- Experience applying Magento and frontend components to projects.

- Capability to manage multiple projects under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Aptitude for learning new systems and solutions with ease.

- Excellent time management and planning skills.

- Basic awareness of Agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum).

- Proven analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Basic knowledge of eCommerce platforms (Magento 2, BigCommerce, Salesforce, Shopware, Shopify) and APIs (SOAP/REST/GraphQL).

- Proficiency in MS Excel and web analytics tools (Google Analytics).

- Excellent English communication skills.
