We're seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to lead cross-functional teams across multiple projects, ensuring successful delivery in line with Government Digital Service (GDS) standards.
This is a hybrid role with 1 day per week required on-site in either London or Leeds. SC clearance eligibility is required, with an immediate start date in August 2025.

Key Skills and experience:
Strong experience in Agile delivery management, focusing on user-centered, iterative, and data-driven approaches
Solid knowledge of Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
Demonstrable experience delivering projects to GDS standards, including passing GDS service assessments
Deep understanding of Government Digital Service (GDS) principles, including user-centered design, agile delivery, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams in fast-paced delivery environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to varied audiences
Skilled in identifying and resolving delivery challenges to ensure project timelines and quality are maintained
Experience working with public sector organisations or government departments
