One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a Project Manager (Acquiring Payments, Banking).
For this role you will need to be onsite in Brussels 2 days per week.
Please find some details below:
The candidate has experience in:
E2E project management & contract partnership
digital flow analysis and follow up of tech teams
risk management (PARP)
product management/marketing
IT and security knowledge - frequent interaction with ITS and IT security officer
SME segment in the merchant sector
Acquiring Payments (ie, merchant acquiring, POS systems, card acceptance, or acquiring bank operations)
Process models Visio & ARIS tools
Language: English + Dutch (preferred) + FR

Tasks:
Marketing: create and deploy the product pages and documentation
Follow up pilot, perform the evaluation and take corrective action based on feedback of support, partner and clients organize and lead the service meetings
Perform the follow up of the launch with all stakeholders (partner, support, sales, IT)
Answer questions from clients/support, manage incidents, take corrective action
Prepare and send communications internally and externally
Follow up the IT deliverables, participate in the testing and validate
Follow up and finalize the risks review process (PARP)
Answer to specific RFP questions
