Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Consultant with hands-on experience in Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) and deep expertise in CI/CD migration strategies.
This role requires strong DevOps capabilities integrated with modern identity federation protocols, pipeline orchestration, and secure access architecture.

Required Skills:

7+ years of technical IT experience with a focus on DevOps and identity and access management.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GIT, and pipeline automation.
Deep understanding of CIAM, including protocols like OAuth2, OIDC, SAML2.0, and tools like Azure AD B2C.
Strong scripting and automation background (Bash, Python, PowerShell).
Experience with identity platform migration or modernization projects is a strong plus.
Strong analytical and communication skills, especially in customer-interfacing environments.
Ability to work independently and solve critical problems under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design and implementation of CIAM solutions with secure authentication and authorization flows using OAuth2, OIDC, SAML 2.0, and MFA.
Support CI/CD pipeline migration and optimization using Azure DevOps and related DevOps tools.
Integrate and configure Federated SSO systems, particularly Azure AD B2C.
Utilize Azure Graph APIs and RESTful APIs for identity data handling and automation.
Use scripting languages such as Bash, PowerShell, or Python for automation and tooling integration.
Implement secure protocols (e.g., TCP, TLS, HTTP) in client/server CIAM architecture.
Work with API testing tools like Postman and apply knowledge of REST principles in secure DevOps environments.
Contribute to identity platform migration projects, ensuring minimal disruption and security compliance.
Collaborate with stakeholders and customers in a client-facing role, providing expert technical guidance and support.
Independently troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues across identity and DevOps layers.
