Description Du Poste
Nous recherchons un(e) Lead technique / Developpeur(se) FullStack experimente(e) pour rejoindre une equipe agile (SAFe) dediee a la conception, la mise en oeuvre et l'optimisation de solutions de donnees et IA dans des environnements infonuagique modernes.
Responsabilites
Participer a la conception des solutions : valider les propositions des developpeurs et faire des preconisations techniques;
Realiser des revues de code : challenger le code produit par les developpeurs et ameliorer la qualite;
Garantir l'application des bonnes pratiques : assurer la qualite, l'optimisation, la proprete et la reutilisabilite du code, tout en traitant les problematiques de performance;
Encadrer une equipe de developpeurs (actuellement composee de 3 personnes)
Qualifications
Minimum 8 ans d'experience en developpement Java backend;
Experience pertinente en developpement backend P
Experience AWS et Agular;
Experience en intelligence artificielle generative, que ce soit a travers des projets professionnels ou personnels;
Excellente communication en francais.
