Required Skills:

5+ years in data analytics, preferably within Retail or CPG environments.
Hands-on experience working with large datasets in a distributed/cloud environment.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional analytics efforts and communicate results to business stakeholders.
Proficient in Databricks, PySpark, and SQL for large-scale data processing.
Familiarity with Azure or other cloud platforms (GCP, AWS).
Skilled in Power BI or other BI tools for building interactive dashboards and visualizations.
Understanding of data pipelines, modeling, and observability.
Exposure to or practical experience with machine learning.
Familiarity with structured experimentation methods (e.g., design of experiments, uplift modeling).
Experience with Dataiku or similar data science platforms
