Overview:

Seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives across enterprise applications, customer service platforms, and back-office systems. This role focuses on managing 2-5 concurrent mid-sized projects including CRM implementations (preferably MS Dynamics 365), call center technologies, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage cross-functional teams and project lifecycles (Agile/Hybrid).
Lead enterprise app deployments and digital platform rollouts.
Oversee customer portal, omnichannel messaging, and cloud migration projects.
Collaborate with business/IT teams and executive stakeholders.
Ensure alignment with compliance, PMO, and change management.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree; PMP or equivalent preferred.
8+ years in IT project management; 3+ years in enterprise app/digital implementations.
Strong understanding of CRM systems, APIs, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
Excellent communication, stakeholder, and vendor management skills.
