Job Specifications

Position Overview

We are seeking a Microsoft Cloud Services Administrator to manage and optimize our cloud-based identity, productivity, and AI services infrastructure, including Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Copilot solutions to ensure secure and efficient cloud operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Entra ID Administration

Configure and maintain Entra ID tenant settings, user accounts, and group management
Implement conditional access policies, multi-factor authentication, and identity protection
Manage application registrations, service principals, and API permissions
Configure identity governance including access reviews, entitlement management, and lifecycle workflows
Maintain hybrid identity synchronization with Azure AD Connect and cloud sync

Microsoft 365 Administration

Administer Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive services
Configure security and compliance policies including DLP, retention, and eDiscovery
Manage licensing assignments, usage analytics, and capacity planning
Implement information protection and sensitivity labeling across workloads
Configure Power Platform governance and app management policies

Copilot Administration

Deploy and configure Microsoft Copilot for Microsoft 365 across the organization
Manage Copilot licensing, user access, and feature rollouts
Configure data governance and privacy settings for AI workloads
Monitor Copilot usage analytics and adoption metrics
Implement security controls and content filtering for AI-generated responses

Security & Compliance

Configure Microsoft Defender for Office 365 and endpoint protection
Implement zero trust security models and privileged access management
Monitor security incidents through Microsoft 365 Defender and Sentinel
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies
Conduct regular security assessments and access reviews

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

6+ years experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure AD/Entra ID administration
Strong knowledge of cloud identity management and authentication protocols
Proficiency in PowerShell, Microsoft Graph API, and automation scripting
Experience with Microsoft security and compliance tools
Understanding of hybrid cloud architectures and migration strategies
Knowledge of modern workplace deployment and change management

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Microsoft certifications (Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert, Identity and Access Administrator Associate)
Experience with Microsoft Copilot deployment and governance
Background in information security and compliance frameworks
Experience with Microsoft Intune and device management
Knowledge of Power Platform and business application integration
