Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Birmingham for a Data Systems Support position. The Data Systems Support staff will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and administering system operations. Responsibilities also include analytical tasks to improve system efficiency and communicating with other team members to ensure smooth operations.

Key accountabilities

Ensure customer, supplier, product and pricing core data is input and maintained accurately and in a timely manner in order that the functionality to drive all required processes works effectively and efficiently including web-based platform.
Ensure that data is managed in an accurate and timely manner as per the requirements of the business.
Dealing with business system data queries, collaborating with other business teams to understand where data is causing issues and implementing fixes to solve problems, escalating as appropriate to the senior data administrator where required.
Providing basic training and support to system users to ensure they can meet their respective data management responsibilities and escalating compliance issues as appropriate.
Assist in implementing robust data quality control measures designed to ensure consistency and reliability.
Ensuring that data is processed and maintained in such a way that is fully compliant with Lioncroft's data regulation policies.
Working with other team members to continually review and improve the ways in which data is input and used, and our processes utilise the functionality in the OrderWise system.

Skills and Experience Required

Highly numerate demonstrating a strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Proven experience of working to strict deadlines and the ability to process data quickly and accurately.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to drive collaboration across departments.
Used to working with high volumes of stock and customer data within an ERP system ideally in an FMCG business.
Advanced excel skills is a must, knowledge of Power Queries, Power BI, or SQL would advantageous but not essential.
Ability to work under pressure and at pace with accuracy.
Responsible to complete tasks and effectively communicate with management.
Ability to learn new skills quickly.
