Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Lab Technologist to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting laboratory tests, analyzing results, and ensuring the quality and compliance of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
* Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests on samples.
* Analyze and interpret test results, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
* Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
* Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
* Document and maintain accurate records of test results and procedures.
* Assist in the development and validation of new laboratory methods and procedures.
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient laboratory operations.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory processes.

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in laboratory technology, Chemistry, or a related field.
* Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a laboratory setting.
* Strong knowledge of laboratory testing procedures and equipment.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in performing tests and recording results.
* Effective communication and teamwork skills.
* Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations.

Additional Details:
Support lab operation, safety and environmental systems, support stakeholders on projects, R&D and operations optimization, carry out routine and non-routine lab testing and data entry for Operations, MARP, EPAP, Compliance, Regulatory, Production Accounting, Reservoir and Sales Oil.
