Mid-East & Africa Business Group (MEABG)

Driving TCL's expansion across the Middle East and Africa, we're building an AI x IoT ecosystem around our smart display solutions and home appliance portfolio (air conditioners, refrigerators, washers), as well as smart devices. Our mission is to become the region's leading smart home solutions provider. MEABG employs 400+ professionals across nationalities. Operations span the Middle East and Africa through 5 subsidiaries: Pakistan, UAE (Dubai), Turkey, South Africa, and Morocco, as well as 4 regions: East Africa, North Africa, West Africa, Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.

5-10 years of relevant marketing experience, proven work experience in HVAC presales, sales or business development

Analytical mind-set with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights

Wide range of experience, uses professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways

Strong knowledge in VRF Systems, understanding of principals of Air Conditioning, refrigeration and heating

Self-motivated, hard-working, team player and with strong analytical skills and business acumen

Able to foster relationships with internal and regional stakeholders in order to be able to achieve goals.

Proficient in English, with a willingness to be stationed in Dubai.

Job Responsibilities:

Market development to achieve the company's AC category sales target growth; Sales plan formulation and implementation, account recovery.
Establish and improve the management system of Specialist Air Conditioning Channel
specSector, formulate a sound department management system and corresponding implementation rules, and put them into effect ;
Coordinate and communicate with related departments and cooperate with other departments ;
More than 10 years working experience in home appliance industry, 5+ years of AC channel management experience in Morocco, Prior experience with is Specialist Air Conditioning Channel preferred.
Fluently English speaking, reading, listening and writing. Be perfect team worker and good at communicating, coordinating
