Responsibilities

Coordinate with marketing teams, agencies and internal cross functional teams in the sprint management of marketing data related capabilities and operations.
Document technical requirements with specific focus on data attributes and schemas in the form of technical specifications and/or other knowledge base articles.
Develop, document, and enforce business rules, processes, programs, naming conventions and procedures.
Conduct user acceptance, performance stress regression and integration testing.
Prepare reports, status updates and documentation of internal processes.

Requirements

4+ years of previous experience in marketing/product optimization, and/or data or analytics.
Proficient in SQL, R, Python for data exercises.
Experience with data platforms like Redshift, Snowflake, Databricks.
Strong teamwork and leadership skills with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in agile methodologies and familiar with Jira/Confluence.
