Skills, Knowledge, Experience, and Qualifications:
General Skills:
Leadership experience in the development and implementation of Service Now - Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response at the specified experience level.
Extensive experience with software development and understanding of system administration principles.
Experience in structured methodologies for the development, implementation, and ongoing administration of Service Now.
Experience translating business requirements into developed software functions, workflows, business rules etc.
Experience with systems design and development lifecycle, quality assurance, testing and integration methodologies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills; verbal and written communication skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills
Awareness of emerging technologies and trends
A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines.
Ability to work without supervision on assigned tasks and deliverables.
Experience and Skill Set Requirements:
Advanced knowledge and experience with Service NOW and Service Now - Security Incident Response
5 years of ServiceNow experience.
3-5 years of experience with ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR)
Strong knowledge and experience with integrations on ServiceNow, ability to develop, test and support integrations using REST, SOAP, integration hub, workflows etc.
Strong knowledge and experience with flow designer and workflows
Strong knowledge and experience with translating business requirements into functional developed solutions within ServiceNow and ServiceNow modules
Ability to develop and optimize workflows to improve efficiency and automation.
Ability to develop and manage integrations with enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow
Experience with ServiceNow portals and portal configuration (widgets, portal pages, html, CSS, etc).
Knowledge of CSM data models, workflows, and implementation
Knowledge of ServiceNow AI Capabilities and applications within ServiceNow as a platform, End User Experience and Security Incident.
DevOps developer / engineering experience:
5 years experience writing code using JavaScript, HTML, Angular, CSS, AJAX
SDLC software development life cycle and iterative development processes to develop solutions or applications.
Document, test, and oversee developed solutions or code.
Contribute to continuous improvement processes, standards and tools while following best practices for coding and quality assurance.
Certifications preferred:
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Security Incident Response (CIS - SIR)
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Vulnerability Response (CIS-VR)
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) ITILv4
Must have:
Development experience with ServiceNow portals and Customer Service Management (CSM)
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Vulnerability Response (CIS-VR)
Preferred:
Provide operational support, deployment coordination, change management, and documentation as required for development or administration-related work for Service Now
