Job Specifications

We're looking for a Senior software engineer for a contract opportunity initiating in Liverpool.

The assignment offers a flexible work arrangements. However, we require consultants to be based closed to Liverpool, ensuring a close connection to the project's location and customer.

The Projects

You'll be working with a rapidly expanding supply-chain start-up who are onboarding several high profile customers across the UK. The projects will focus on building API's and integrations with new customers within the Food and beverage industry, and act as the technical expert for any ongoing needs.

Qualifications

8+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering
Expertise in building large-scale, highly distributed systems
Strong programming skills in Python, Go or Javascript.
Experience with different APIs and Protocols e.g. REST, gRPC, GraphQL
Experience working with cloud providers, particularly GCP or AWS.
Have worked in customer facing roles.
Fluent English speaking.

Bonus is you have:-

Familiar with Frontend tech such as React.
