Are you a CISSP-certified cybersecurity expert (or do you have equivalent experience) with a passion for building and scaling innovative solutions? If so, we would like to invite you to contact us to talk about an exciting opportunity to join as a co-founder and help launch a next-generation MSP/MSSP (Managed Service Provider with a focus on cybersecurity) company in Toronto. We're seeking a cofounder who is ready to invest both significant time and personal capital to help drive the company's early growth. This role is hands-on and will require a deep commitment, both in terms of hours dedicated and a willingness to contribute financially.
What We're Building:
Our mission is to deliver cutting-edge cybersecurity and IT solutions to businesses across Canada and the US, helping organizations stay secure, resilient, and compliant in a rapidly evolving threat landscape.
Your Role:
As a technical co-founder and CTO, you will:
Provide the top technical MSP and MSSP services across Canada
Lead the design and implementation of our security service offerings
Build and mentor a high-performing technical team
Manage the existing technical team abroad
Drive product innovation and operational excellence
Collaborate on business strategy, go-to-market, and client engagement
Establish and implement service procedures and routines for the tech team
What We're Looking For:
CISSP certification (or equivalent experience)
Deep expertise in cybersecurity, ideally within MSP/MSSP or IT services environments
Entrepreneurial mindset and readiness to take on a co-founder role
Strong communication and leadership skills
Based in Toronto or willing to relocate
