Service Delivery Manager - Leading Cyber & Network Security Consultancy
London (1 x per week) / Hook (1 x per week) | PS50,000 + PS4k bonus
Leading Cyber & Network Security Consultancy
We're hiring a Service Delivery Manager to join a high-growth, specialist consultancy delivering world-class cyber and network security solutions to enterprise clients across the UK.
This is a customer-facing role where you'll own the end-to-end service experience, ensuring SLAs are hit, service reviews are delivered, and customers receive exceptional value. You'll collaborate closely with internal technical teams and play a key part in Service Transition, Incident/Change/Problem Management, and ongoing service improvement.

Minimum 3 years SDM experience
Knowledge of ITIL processes and cyber/networking concepts (SIEM, EDR, XDR)
Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
Full UK driving licence - some client site travel required
