IAM Technical Expert (SailPoint IIQ)

Job Description:

IAM Technical Expert with strong specialization in SailPoint IIQ, responsible for design, development, implementation, and support of IAM/IDM solutions, including workflow automation, platform support, access management design, testing, and enhancement across the enterprise.

Requirements:

The position requires expert knowledge of IAM tools, risk controls, and best practices, as well as a strong hands-on experience with operations, scripting and development in SailPoint IIQ (Java, Beanshell).

What you will do:

Design and deploy enhancements and new feature in SailPoint IIQ.
Recommend approaches to streamline and automate IAM processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Analyse recurring issues in SailPoint and help in the resolution of documented problems.
Work with the key stakeholders to design and develop additional process/workflow automation.
Translate business needs into technical requirements.
Define all automation, testing, and defect management activities within JIRA.
Document all functionalities and processes withing Confluence.

Qualifications:

5-8 years of experience working in an IAM-related team, showing a clear career progression in capabilities and responsibilities.
3-5 years of experience in Information Security organizations.
3-5 years of hands-on technical experience deploying, maintaining, and supporting SailPoint IIQ.
2-4 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages such as Java, Beanshell, JavaScript, PowerShell or Python.

Nice to haves:

Experience building ServiceNow workflows and applications and in designing & maintaining ServiceNow Service Portals
Knowledge of software development practices and concepts.
Experience in the Cyber Security field
SailPoint IIQ Certified Administrator
SailPoint IIQ Certified Engineer
