Responsibilities
Build and maintain the infrastructure that powers a platform
Serve as a key voice in architectural/platform discussions
Develop infrastructure tooling
Develop custom functionality against Kubernetes
Implement security policy and monitor for threatsQualifications
Experience deploying and maintaining Kubernetes clusters at scale
Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
Strong experience with modern infrastructure-as-code tools
Familiarity with developing Kubernetes operators, controllers, and custom CRDs
Programming skills
Extensive knowledge of at least one major cloud provider
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and other infrastructure automation
Knowledge of Kubernetes cluster orchestration tools like kops or kubeadm
Deep knowledge of Linux, container environments, and bash
Experience deploying, operating, and using major production-level databases
Knowledge of PostgreSQL and/or TimescaleDB
Experience with Scripting - preferably Bash
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skillsJob Highlights

Experience working with security tools like teleport, crowdstrike EDR, tenable, SIEM etc
5+ years of experience in cybersecurity or related engineering roles.
3+ years hands-on experience specifically with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
Strong understanding of OCI networking, IAM, compartments, security lists, and resource management.
Experience with OCI-native security services (eg, Cloud Guard, Security Zones, Logging, Vault).
Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform preferred).
Experience in Ansible Automation Platform or other configuration management tooling.
Solid understanding of security best practices, including least privilege access, encryption, system hardening, vulnerability management and key management.
Familiarity with compliance requirements (eg, ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA) as they apply to OCI.
Experience supporting production-grade workloads in a cloud environment.
Scripting knowledge (eg, Bash, Python) for automation and monitoring.Compensation
