We are working with a leading international law firm in London to recruit a Risk Analyst to join their growing Risk & Compliance team in London. In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping the firm's risk strategy, working on a broad range of matters that directly support the business and its internal stakeholders. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their work and wants to contribute to the ongoing development of a forward-thinking department.

The firm is seeking an individual with a solid foundation in risk and compliance, ideally with experience working in a legal or professional services environment. A good working knowledge of the SRA Code of Conduct and other relevant regulatory frameworks is required, along with at least 2-3 years' experience in a similar role.

The responsibilities will include:

Advising internal clients on risk queries relating to regulatory compliance, confidentiality, and anti-bribery matters
Reviewing and advising on client terms and engagement letters in collaboration with Contract Lawyers
Assisting in resolving complex conflicts in partnership with senior management
Contributing to internal risk assessments, audits, and investigations
Supporting data protection activities including data breaches and subject access requests
Participating in risk projects and managing smaller risk-related initiatives
Assisting in the development and delivery of training sessions and knowledge sharing across the firm
Monitoring legal and regulatory developments to inform policy and procedure updates
Supporting the management of the team inbox, responding to queries promptly and managing stakeholder expectations
