Sector: Critical National Infrastructure

Join a mission-critical organization supporting the UK's Critical National Infrastructure. We're looking for a hands-on Security Infrastructure Architect with deep expertise in Microsoft security (Azure, M365, Defender suite) to lead architecture, integration, and technical direction across a broad security stack.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead architecture and lifecycle of tools like Microsoft Defender XDR, Sentinel, Tenable, SentinelOne, and SOAR/SIEM platforms.
Design secure, scalable hybrid-cloud infrastructure.
Act as technical lead and escalation point for engineers and SOC analysts.
Drive security integration into DevOps and cloud operations.
Ensure compliance with NIST, ISO 27001, and other frameworks.

Requirements:

Extensive experience with Microsoft security products.
Strong background in EDR, SIEM, SOAR, cloud, and network security.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder skills.
Eligible for national security clearance.

Preferred:

Microsoft and security certifications (e.g. SC-100, CISSP).
Familiarity with threat modeling and SIEM/SOAR integrations.
