We are working with 3 different businesses that are shaping the future of AI-powered platforms

You will be joining fast-moving teams tackling some of the most complex challenges in AI, automation, and intelligent systems. Building platforms that process millions of documents, orchestrate multi-agent workflows, and deliver real-time insights across regulated industries like insurance and finance.

Whether you're a backend performance specialist, a frontend UX visionary, or a full-stack engineer passionate about LLMs and agentic workflows, one of these companies is going to be for you.

We're hiring across multiple senior engineering roles:

Staff Engineer - Backend Focus - Python

Architect high-performance systems for real-time AI workflows
Build scalable infrastructure handling millions of operations
Lead backend innovation with Python, async systems, and distributed architecture
Optimize performance, caching, and service orchestration

Full-Stack Engineer - Frontend Leaning - Python, Typescript

Design and build intuitive, powerful user interfaces
Ship end-to-end features across React/TypeScript and backend APIs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve user pain points
Drive UX innovation and product direction

Founding Engineer - AI & LLM Focus

Build agentic workflows and LLM-powered features
Develop semantic search, vector stores, and evaluation frameworks
Stay on the cutting edge of AI trends and apply them to real-world problems
Work directly with customers to deliver high-impact solutions

Must haves

5-15+ years of engineering experience depending on role
Proven track record of shipping complex products
Expertise in Python, TypeScript, React, Node.js, and cloud platforms
Experience with AI/ML systems, semantic search, and unstructured data
Strong architectural thinking and ability to scale systems and teams
Passion for solving hard problems and building products that matter
