Job Specifications

Missions Principales :

Review and draft non-disclosure agreement, purchasing agreement.
Support set-up of a contract handbook (drafting and negotiation guidelines)
Track and summarize, if relevant, the latest information on legal matters.
Research and prepare legal memo for non-lawyers on various topics.
Draft or update legal policies, e.g., battery due diligence, personal data management, contract management.
Support the contract's system operation.
Assist the members of the legal teams on the different topics under the responsibility of the legal department, e.g., corporate, insurances, real estate, intellectual property, compliance.

Main Responsibilities :

Review and draft non-disclosure agreements and purchasing agreements.
Support the development of a contract handbook (including drafting and negotiation guidelines).
Monitor and summarize, when relevant, the latest updates on legal matters.
Conduct research and prepare legal memos for non-lawyers on various topics.
Draft or update legal policies, such as battery due diligence, personal data management, and contract management.
Support the operation of the contract management system.
Assist legal team members with various topics under the legal department's responsibility, such as corporate law, insurance, real estate, intellectual property, and compliance.

Profil Recherche :

Competences requises :

Savoirs / Savoirs-faire :

Bonne comprehension du droit des contrats et de la logique qui sous-tend les differentes lois applicables.
Logique mathematique.

Qualification :

Master 2 en droit des affaires en cours

Comportement Cle :

Rigueur et pragmatisme.
Capacite a comprendre et a resumer les reglementations pertinentes.
Forte motivation a partager les connaissances juridiques avec les partenaires metiers et a mettre en place des outils adaptes.
Curiosite et ouverture d'esprit.

Good understanding of contract law and the logic sustaining the different applicable laws.
Mathematical logic.

Qualification :

Currently pursuing a Master's degree (Master 2) in Business Law.
