Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to lead and support Generative AI (Gen AI) initiatives within our organization. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong problem-solving abilities, capable of designing and delivering scalable Gen AI solutions in a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and implementation of Gen AI solutions leveraging LLM frameworks, AI Agents, and modern protocols like Model Context Protocol and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication.
Utilize hands-on programming experience in Python and .NET to develop, integrate, and deploy intelligent systems.
Continuously explore, learn, and apply emerging technologies in Generative AI to meet evolving business needs.
Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with architectural and compliance standards.
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to build and deliver AI-powered applications.
Clearly articulate technical concepts and solution impacts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Work with autonomy, initiative, and a problem-solving mindset to drive results in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Operate effectively in a large corporate setting, bringing strong communication skills, business awareness, and good judgment
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Gen AI solution development, including use of frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Hugging Face.
Solid understanding of AI Agent architecture, Model Context Protocol, and A2A communication design patterns.
Strong coding skills in Python and .NET.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
Prior experience in large corporate or enterprise environments is preferred.
Energetic, driven, and open to continuous learning and innovation.
