Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Intern with a passion for Events and Field Marketing to join our dynamic marketing team. This internship provides hands-on experience in organizing and executing marketing events, managing field marketing activities, and supporting campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.

Support the field marketing team in on-ground brand activation, sampling, and outreach initiatives.

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.

Help with logistics management, including venue coordination, materials preparation, and attendee engagement.

Track and report event performance metrics, attendee feedback, and campaign results.

Assist in creating marketing collateral and promotional materials for events.

Support social media promotion and community engagement around events.

Contribute ideas for improving event experiences and field marketing strategies.

Qualifications

A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

Prior experience or coursework related to events management or field marketing is a plus.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM and event management tools is a bonus.

Enthusiastic team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
