Catalyst Partners are working with a growing investment firm based in London to hire a strategic and commercially minded People Consultant. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-growth environment and play a key role in shaping the people strategy during a period of active M&A and transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with senior leaders to deliver people strategies aligned with business growth and M&A activity.
Lead HR due diligence, integration planning, and post-merger cultural alignment.
Drive organisational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
Provide expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure consistency and alignment.
Use data and insights to inform decisions and measure impact.

Candidate Profile

Proven experience as an HRBP or People Consultant in a fast-paced, matrixed organisation.
Strong track record supporting M&A transactions and post-deal integration.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Deep understanding of UK employment law and HR best practices.
CIPD qualified or equivalent experience.
Background in investment, financial services, or professional services is a plus.
