We're looking for a motivated Operations Lead Intern to join our team for Fall 2025. This role is ideal for students or early-career professionals eager to learn how a startup runs from the inside out. You'll help keep projects on track, build scalable processes, and directly support our founder in running the day-to-day operations of a fast-growing AI company in the automotive space.
Success in this role looks like:
Projects and meetings result in clear outcomes and follow-through.
Workflows across the team are organized and efficient.
You build trust with leadership by taking ownership and delivering reliably.
You demonstrate curiosity, problem-solving, and a strong learning mindset.
Responsibilities
Coordinate weekly team check-ins and ensure action items have clear owners, deadlines, and outcomes.
Maintain project tracking tools (Notion, ClickUp, Slack) and enforce clean workflows.
Support business operations across product, sales, and marketing teams, keeping information flowing and removing blockers.
Publish weekly KPI updates and help maintain dashboards that track progress across revenue, product, and customer success.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to boost efficiency.
Assist with special projects directly with the founder, ranging from fundraising support to product launch coordination.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Comfortable using tools like Notion, ClickUp, Slack, or equivalent (or willingness to learn fast).
Analytical skills with the ability to spot bottlenecks and suggest process improvements.
Interest in startups, AI, or the automotive/tech industry is a plus.
Proactive, resourceful, and thrives in a fast-moving environment.
What We Offer:
Hands-on experience in startup operations, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
Mentorship directly from the founder, with exposure to executive-level decision-making.
Flexible remote, hybrid, or in-person structure to accommodate academic schedules.
A chance to make meaningful contributions to an early-stage startup and learn how a company scales from the inside out.
A potential pathway to a paid full-time role in Spring 2026, with opportunities to grow into a Chief of Staff position and even join as a founding employee.
