What You Can Expect
As the Land Analyst Intern, you will support the Land team in identifying, analyzing, and evaluating potential land acquisition opportunities. This role involves working with GIS data, market policy, zoning regulations, and data models to help inform strategic decisions.
Assist in identifying and evaluating potential land acquisition opportunities
Research and analyze zoning and land use regulations
Prepare and manage maps, reports, and data sets in GIS and other tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Market Policy and Land Agents
What You'll Bring
Currently pursuing degree a degree in Urban/Regional Planning, Geographic Information Science/Geography, Land Surveying, Data Analytics/Analysis, Real Estate
Strong analytical, documentation and research skills
Technical Skills Microsoft 365; experience with mapping software is a plus
Excellent Time Management, Problem Solving, Communication & Interpersonal skills
Additional Details
This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy in Houston or Chicago
Interns must be enrolled students in good standing at the commencement of the intern semester
Compensation
Hourly Range: $21.00-$27.00 USD/CAD hourly
This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
