Role- Project Manager
Location- Regina CA(Onsite)
This project involves large-scale business transformation impacting branches across the ministry, its partners and the wider community.
The successful resource(s) will be an integral part of the Project Management Team and will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties:
* Develop the terms of the Detailed Project Plan in consultation with the Project Leadership Team.
* Produce the Project Plan and gain Project Sponsor approval.
* Ensure the project is undertaken in accordance with the standards, processes and documentation which follow Project Management Institute (PMI) standards.
* Produce deliverables on time, within budget and to specification ensuring project objectives are met.
* Ensure the work products and deliverables are completed in compliance with technical standards.
* Facilitate integration of project touch points (interconnections) across related projects if required.
* Monitor and report on project performance: scope, schedule, cost, and quality of project deliverables.
* Identify, monitor, and manage risks related to the delivery of the project.
* Provide timely communications and reporting regarding projects risks, issues and concerns to the team, Project Sponsors and relevant stakeholders.
* Organize and facilitate multi-stakeholder workshops, meetings and prepare presentations.
* Work collaboratively with Third Party Vendors and other Partners to include their delivery as part of the overall implementation plan.
* Develop project change requests (scope, time and cost) while negotiating and sharing financial implications and or impact with the Project Sponsor.
* Identify changes to resourcing requirements.
Qualification/Requirement:
Project Management Professional
(PMP) or PRINCE2 Practitioner
Demonstrated experience as a
practicing Project Manager managing different, complex Commercial-Off- The-Shelf (COTS) implementation projects in an IT environment.
Candidate to provide details of Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS)
projects they've managed. Complex is defined as a project with multiple stakeholders, vendors and complex cloud integrations with public facing components.

Demonstrated experience as a practising Project Manager managing two (2) or more large-scale, complex transformation projects, that included public-facing online technology component(s).
The Government of Saskatchewan defines complex as projects involving multiple stakeholders, vendors and complex cloud integrations with public facing components.
Provide specific detailed examples.
Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, evidenced by the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all organizational levels and prioritize business objectives.
Demonstrated experience in implementing practices and techniques to navigate project governance frameworks is essential, including conducting project team meetings and engaging with Executive Steering Committees.
Proven record of achievement as a Project Manager demonstrating
experience in successfully working in an IT project environment overseeing 3 rd party implementors and proprietary technology solutions.
Demonstrated experience preparing or overseeing the development of project documents (e.g. status/progress reports, detailed budget, resource estimates, project plans and proposals, strategies, executive presentations, project close-
out documents including transition to operations and "lessons learned").
Demonstrated Project Management experience including successfully managing team resources, risks, systems development, estimating effort and costs, and planning and scheduling project activities following Project Management Institute (PMI)
standards, processes and documentation.
Demonstrated technical background with experience communicating technical concepts to a variety of technical and non-technical audiences.
Demonstrated experience working with tools such as Azure DevOps to manage projects.
Demonstrated experience working with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow for tasks and ticket management.
Experience working on public sector information technology projects is considered an asset.
Demonstrated experience and applied knowledge of Organizational Change Management including but not limited to certification in Organizational Change Management is considered an asset.
