Job Title: ServiceNow HRSD Consultant (Contract)

Location: France (Hybrid - Onsite & Remote)

Duration: 6 Months (extendable)

Start Date: ASAP

Language Requirement: English (French highly desirable)

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Consultant to support a large-scale HR transformation program. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing, configuring, and implementing HRSD solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities:

Act as the HRSD subject matter expert throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions.
Configure and implement HRSD modules including Case & Knowledge Management, Employee Center, and Lifecycle Events.
Integrate HRSD with other enterprise applications (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.).
Provide best practice guidance on HR workflows and process automation.
Support UAT, troubleshooting, and ensure smooth go-live.
Deliver documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Required Skills & Experience:

4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow HRSD implementation experience.
Strong expertise in HR Case Management, Knowledge Management, and Employee Center.
Experience with integrations into HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors).
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (HRSD) highly preferred.
Ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders.
Fluent in English; French language skills are a strong plus.

Contract Details:

Length: 6 months (possible extension)
Location: France (hybrid, 2-3 days onsite expected)
Day Rate: Competitive, depending on experience
