ServiceNow HRSD Architect

Location: Detroit, MI

Duration: 12 Months +

The ServiceNow HRSD Solution Architect will oversee the architecture and design of ServiceNow delivery projects. You will provide subject matter expertise, guide developers, and actively engage in hands-on development and configuration of ServiceNow. Additionally, you will support platform improvements and modernization efforts. You will collaborate closely with Business Process Consultants and other Technical Architects in agile teams to deliver capabilities within ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities:

15 years of experience and minimum 2 to 3 implementation in HRSD Project.
Oversee the architecture and design of ServiceNow delivery projects.
Provide subject matter expertise and guide developers.
Provide hands-on development and configuration for ServiceNow.
Support platform improvements and modernization.
Work with Business Process Consultants and Technical Architects in agile teams.
Required Technical and Professional
Expertise, Extensive ServiceNow Development Experience: Proven expertise in ServiceNow platform features, with a focus on ServiceNow HRSD (primary), ITSM, ITOM, Procurement, and IRM.
Implementation Experience: Demonstrated experience in implementing ServiceNow processes and developing solutions across the ServiceNow platform.
Technical Expertise: Ability to deliver comprehensive ServiceNow solutions and provide expert guidance to development teams.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Experience coordinating with other process and integration owners to ensure smooth platform integration.
Communication Skills: Fluent in both written and spoken English.
Preferred Education: Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience: HRSD, Procurement, ITSM, GRC, and IRM Expertise: In-depth knowledge of HRSD (primary), Procurement, ITSM, IRM, and related modules.
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform (10+ years preferred).
Platform Implementation: Extensive experience in implementing ServiceNow processes and functions.

Certifications (Required):

Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) HRSD

Preferred:

Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) Procurement
Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) ITSM or ITOM
Certified Application Developer (CAD)
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Certified Technical Architect (CTA) Preferred
