Maintenance Engineer

12 month contract

Based in Stevenage

Offering PS35ph Inside IR35

Do you hold an Electrical apprenticeship to NVQ level 3?

Do you have experience in Preventative Maintenance?

Do you want to work with an industry-leading company?

If your answer to these is yes, then this could be the role for you!

As the Maintenance Engineer, you will be working alongside a market-leading Defence and Aerospace company who are constantly growing and developing. They are always looking to bring on new talents such as yourself and further develop your skills to enable you to grow within the company and industry.

You will be involved in:

Join the Calibration and Maintenance Team
Supporting the operations team's activities day to day
Conducting repairs on process equipment
Environmental stress screening facilities using drawings, circuit diagrams, schematics, user manuals, etc...

Your skillset may include:

Electrical Apprenticeship
Experience and knowledge in fault finding down to component level
Able to utilise instructions, handbooks, drawings, or specifications to provide technical advice/guidance
Experience of Planned Preventative Maintenance
Able to use this information to conduct appropriate measurements down to component level
Experience working on manufacturing process equipment
Experience with vibration shakers and environmental chambers
A good understanding of SAP
