We are searching for a Data Warehouse Support Engineer who will play a vital role in supporting an established Data Warehouse platform. This role involves ensuring smooth business-as-usual (BAU) operations, minimising backlog, and maintaining performance standards across a large-scale system with multiple integrated data sets.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support for the Data Warehouse platform, assisting the contractor to reduce backlog and maintain continuity.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and tune performance across the platform to ensure efficiency and stability.
Collaborate closely with existing design plans, working within the established architecture and technical framework.
Identify and diagnose performance issues, offering practical solutions and recommendations to improve resilience and prevent recurrence.
Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality standards across development and support activities.
Document issues, resolutions, and performance improvements to ensure ongoing knowledge sharing and best practice adoption.
Contribute to process improvements aimed at reducing system downtime and improving overall reliability.
