Job Specifications

We are seeking a Product Operations Manager to collaborate with cross-functional teams and support the successful launch and management of our products. The role focuses on streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring alignment with product strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with product managers, development, marketing, and other teams to align operations with business goals.
Manage project plans, timelines, resources, and budgets.
Coordinate activities to ensure smooth and timely product launches.
Implement process improvements, best practices, and workflows for efficiency.
Track KPIs, generate reports, and provide insights using analytics.
Facilitate team communication, status meetings, and risk management.
Oversee quality assurance and integrate customer feedback for improvements.
Manage external vendor relationships and ensure quality and timeline adherence.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
Strong background in project coordination, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
Familiarity with Miro and Airtable is a plus.
