We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Data Analyst to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in clinical data management or clinical research. You will play a key role in collecting, validating, and managing clinical trial data while ensuring data quality and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate is technically skilled, proactive, and eager to contribute to meaningful work that impacts patient care and research outcomes.

What You'll Do

Collect, validate, and maintain clinical trial data
Develop and manage clinical databases
Ensure data quality and compliance with industry regulations (GCP, FDA, etc.)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data reporting and analysis
Assist with audits and inspections related to clinical data management

Who You Are

Bachelor's degree in a STEM-related field (required)
0-5 years of experience in clinical data, research, or related areas
Familiarity with Python, Java, and SQL (required)
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as in a team
Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and clinical regulations (preferred)
Familiarity with data mining, data science, or EDC systems (a plus)
