London (Hybrid) | PS50,000 - PS60,000

We're a 24-person team on an ambitious growth journey -- doubling in size over the next 12 months. To make that happen, we're looking for our first Talent & People Operations Lead to take the lead on hiring amazing people across the business.

What you'll do

Own end-to-end hiring: sourcing, interviewing, and closing top talent.
Build scalable, repeatable recruitment processes.
Partner with hiring managers to define roles and deliver great candidate experiences.
Bonus: if you bring People Ops skills -- onboarding, performance, or compensation frameworks -- you'll have the chance to shape our people strategy as we scale (and move to the top end of the salary band).

What we're looking for

3-6 years' experience in Talent Acquisition / People Ops, ideally in a high-growth environment.
Proven track record of sourcing and closing hires directly.
Strong communicator who can sell our mission and culture.
Bonus: experience building people frameworks (onboarding, progression, comp & benefits).
