We are looking for a Senior Data Analysis Specialist to join an international team in Strasbourg. This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale projects and apply advanced analytics to deliver real impact.

What You'll Do

Turn business challenges into data-driven models and solutions.
Collect, clean, and integrate data from multiple sources to deliver reliable insights.
Identify trends, correlations, and predictive patterns.
Select and optimise algorithms using the latest data science tools.
Build and present impactful data visualisations that support decision-making.
Lead and contribute to big data and advanced analytics initiatives.
Support reporting processes and propose quick wins that add business value.
Ensure data security and ethical compliance in every step of the analytics process.

What We're Looking For

Master's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field.
6+ years of professional experience in data analysis, data science, or related areas.
Strong knowledge of mathematical models and KPIs.
Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) and data processing methods.
Excellent communication skills - able to translate data into clear insights.
A proactive mindset with the ability to spot opportunities for value-adding analysis.

Nice to Have:

Experience with IBM Cloud Pak for Data, Cognos, BIGSQL, SQL.
Familiarity with AI tools for data processing.
Knowledge of analytics libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, ELKI).
