Your Role - Area Sales Manager:

As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing revenue and market share from both existing and new customers. Your efforts will directly improve our business development processes across products and services in your assigned territory.

Your Responsibilities:

Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), support in preparing presentations, and monitor sales leads and responses.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans and campaigns to capitalize on market opportunities.
Prepare and manage monthly/annual budgets and reports to meet or exceed performance goals.
Build and nurture strategic relationships with key customer contacts to create long-term value.
Identify opportunities for value creation and collaborate with sales and operations to deliver customer-focused solutions.
Lead cross-selling efforts across services and departments to grow revenue.
Organize regular meetings with clients and internal stakeholders to assess performance and align on future plans.
Provide marketing support and industry knowledge across the organization.
Proactively manage the shipping and collection process to ensure timely execution.
Consistently exceed sales targets and performance goals.

Your Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain Management preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
5+ years of relevant industry experience strongly preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, charismatic, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Skilled in Microsoft Office and relevant digital tools.
Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
Able to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to changing conditions.
