We are looking for a Java Full Stack Developer with DevOps skills to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate is passionate about building scalable financial applications, has strong expertise in Java-based backends, modern front-end frameworks, and hands-on experience in DevOps automation and cloud deployment.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications with a focus on Java (Spring Boot, Microservices) and modern front-end frameworks (React/Angular/Vue).
Implement and maintain APIs, integrations, and scalable back-end services.
Contribute to secure and reliable financial platforms by following FinTech compliance and security standards.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and QA teams to deliver high-quality features.
Drive CI/CD pipelines, automate deployment, and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure 99.9% uptime.
Apply best practices in Agile/Scrum development, testing, and DevOps culture.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of professional software development experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices.
Strong front-end skills with React.js / Angular / Vue.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
Hands-on experience in DevOps tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Terraform, Ansible.
Strong understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and API security.
Solid knowledge of RDBMS (PostgreSQL/MySQL/Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra).
Cloud deployment experience in AWS / Azure / GCP.
Knowledge of security protocols and compliance in FinTech is a plus.
Experience with monitoring tools (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana) preferred.
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Nice to Have
Prior experience in FinTech, Payments, Banking, or Trading systems.
Exposure to Event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
Familiarity with AI/ML integration in finance applications.
