About the Project

We are developing an ESG-focused trading and analytics platform that requires a clean, intuitive, and engaging user interface. The platform will provide investors with transparency into ESG metrics, risk exposure, and portfolio analytics. We're seeking a Technical Designer who can bridge creative design and frontend development to bring our vision to life.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with product managers and developers to design and implement the platform's UI/UX.
Translate wireframes and concepts into production-ready front-end components.
Create high-quality visual designs that align with ESG brand values (sustainability, trust, transparency).
Implement responsive layouts and reusable UI elements.
Work closely with engineers to ensure design feasibility and technical accuracy.
Maintain design consistency and accessibility standards across the platform.

Required Skills & Experience

4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design and frontend development.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 and frameworks such as Vue.js (preferred) or React.
Experience with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for design.
Understanding of design systems, accessibility, and responsive UI.
Ability to create pixel-perfect designs and implement them in code.
Familiarity with version control (Git).

Preferred (Nice to Have)

Experience working on fintech, ESG, or trading systems.
Knowledge of data visualization libraries (D3.js, Chart.js, ECharts, or Recharts).
Understanding of ESG frameworks and metrics.
Motion/animation skills for enhanced user experience.

Soft Skills

Strong communication and collaboration with both design and engineering teams.
Detail-oriented with a balance of creativity and technical execution.
Self-starter who can work in a fast-paced startup environment
