Our direct seeking a dynamic and experienced MS Dynamics 365 CRM Release Manager - Dynamics 365 to lead high-quality software releases and contribute to the development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications.
This hybrid role blends hands-on engineering with strategic release management, making it ideal for a multifaceted technologist who thrives in fast-paced environments and complex pipeline schedules.
? Required Skills & Qualifications
* 5+ years in software development and application lifecycle management
* 3+ years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 (Sales, Service, Marketing, or Operations)
* 1 year of experience with Solutions Layering and building pipelines from scratch in Azure DevOps
* Proven success in managing D365 releases via Azure DevOps
* Strong knowledge of Git, version control, and branching strategies
* Skilled in managing complex CI/CD pipelines and release schedules
* Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills
* Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
. ? Key Responsibilities
Release Management (Primary Focus)
* Plan and coordinate releases across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production environments
* Build and manage CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
* Package and deploy customizations, Power Platform components, and ISV packages
* Maintain release calendars, documentation, and audit trails
* Coordinate cross-module and 3rd-party deployments
* Enforce change control and governance processes
* Monitor post-release performance and manage incident response
* Collaborate with QA and business stakeholders for testing and sign-off
