With a remote-first approach and a collaborative international environment, they are now looking for a Head of Machine Learning to play a strategic role in shaping their AI journey and leading a growing team of 10 Machine Learning experts.

Responsibilities

Define and own the Machine Learning vision & roadmap.
Lead, mentor, and scale a distributed team of 10 Data Scientists & ML Engineers.
Oversee the design, training, and deployment of ML and Deep Learning models.
Implement MLOps best practices to ensure scalability and reliability in production.
Partner with Product and Engineering teams to deliver business value through AI.
Stay ahead of industry trends and bring innovation into the company.

Profile

7+ years of experience in Machine Learning / Data Science, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of deploying ML models in production environments.
Strong expertise with frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn.
Solid knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Excellent leadership, communication, and ability to drive a remote-first culture.
Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field.
