About the role:

OLIVER is currently looking for a Social Media & Community Manager to join our team! If you are a creative, data-driven and strategic professional whose love language is social media, this role is for you. The ideal candidate is a digital storyteller who understands social media trends, audience behavior, and platform best practices and has a proven track record of managing social media accounts for various brands. The Social Media & Community Manager will manage entire social media accounts from start to finish including content ideation and creation, scheduling, engagement, trend research, and performance analysis to drive success.

From writing thumb-stopping captions and text hooks, to producing visually impactful and noteworthy posts - we need a multi-faceted Social Media & Community Manager.

What you will be doing:

Managing day-to-day activities on various social media platforms, including content creation, posting, monitoring, and responding to comments and messages
Analyzing our social media performance across all platforms using key metrics
Developing engaging video, copy and photography assets that break through the noise and resonate with the target audiences
Writing compelling and brand-aligned captions, collaborating with copywriters
Fostering a positive and engaged online community
Providing monthly and quarterly performance reporting with data-backed insights and recommendations.
Trend Hunting regularly to stay a breadth of platform innovations, trending content, and opportunities to engage with social communities
Ideating content ideas across multiple media platforms and tools, contributing to team brainstorms, content plans, and online execution
Monitoring social media platforms for UGC, product feedback, relevant trends, etc. Seek opportunities to respond in real-time with brand-appropriate responses
Defining and tracking KPIs/success metrics monthly in collaboration with the Strategy Team
Engaging

and growing our community by responding in brand voice(s), tapping into culture, and building relationships with our audience

What you need to be great in this role:

3+ years of community management experience with demonstrated success working in top social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube
Ability to perform light design work
Previous copywriting experience
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Passionate about the internet and social media, with a keen eye on trends
Hands on experience with social media management for brands
Proficient in adapting content to different platform tones
Energetic and collaborative team player
Enthusiast of pop culture, tech, music, television, and more.
Comfortable and charismatic in front of the camera, participating in the making of our content where needed in collaboration with the creative team
Strong time management and organization skills; able to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
Understanding that social media is 24/7 and may occasionally require monitoring the community on off hours; willing to work after hours or on weekends to support events.
At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from $72,250.00 to $80,750.00. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. The range listed is just one component of OLIVER's total compensation package.
