Our Explorer Program
You'll join our explorer program, a 2-year program designed to give you depth and breadth of experience. Participating in job-based bespoke training from the start enabling you to go fully-equipped into your role as you embark on the first of three eight-month long rotations.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must be an undergraduate or masters student with an anticipated graduation date between December 2025 - June 2026 and a GPA of 3.2 or above. You'll also have an ability to code in at least one language.
Ideally, you'll also bring a genuine interest in technology and a talent for connecting the dots between business needs and tech solutions. You're someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy and innovation -- able to speak both languages and help teams translate ideas into impact. To be eligible, applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Salary / Rate Minimum: $100,000

To design, develop and improve software, utilising various engineering methodologies, that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues.
Accountabilities
Development and delivery of high-quality software solutions by using industry aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools. Ensuring that code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
Collaboration with peers, participation in code reviews, and promotion of a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
Adherence to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software solutions.
Implementation of effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.
