To be considered for this opportunity, you must be an undergraduate or masters student with an anticipated graduation date between December 2026 - June 2027 and a GPA of 3.2 or above.
You'll also bring a strong foundation in computer science (or a related field), with a passion for programming languages, development tools, and systems architecture. You're someone who thrives on solving complex problems and designing smart, scalable solutions. With a natural ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technology, you're excited to turn ideas into impactful innovations -- and help shape the future of how we work.
To be eligible, applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Salary / Rate Minimum: $100,000
Salary / Rate Maximum: $110,000

Purpose of the role
To design, develop and improve software, utilising various engineering methodologies, that provides business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues.
Accountabilities
Development and delivery of high-quality software solutions by using industry aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools. Ensuring that code is scalable, maintainable, and optimized for performance.
Cross-functional collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
Collaboration with peers, participation in code reviews, and promotion of a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
Adherence to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software solutions.
Implementation of effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.
