Our client is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join their growing team in Boston. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the scalability and evolution of their product while collaborating in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

As part of a small but expanding engineering team, you'll have a key voice in development decisions and work within an Agile pod structure, reporting to the VP of Engineering. If you're passionate about building intuitive, high-performance applications and enjoy working in a collaborative culture, this is the role for you!

What You'll Do

Design, build, and enhance scalable web applications that power a growing platform.
Own development tasks from conception to deployment, ensuring performance, security, and usability.
Work across the full stack--from frontend UI to backend services--leveraging modern frameworks and tools.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and process improvements to ensure high-quality engineering practices.
Collaborate closely with product and engineering leadership to contribute strategically to the product roadmap.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience as a software engineer or in a similar role.
Strong problem-solving skills--comfortable tackling complex, evolving challenges.
Required experience with at least one of the following: JavaScript, React, Node.js, TypeScript, Python.
Preferred experience with some of the following: Tailwind, Django, CI/CD, PostgreSQL, frontend UI frameworks.
Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills--comfortable working across teams.
Collaborative mindset with a passion for continuous learning and growth.
