Full Stack Web Developer (Sitecore, JavaScript, React)
12 Month Contract - Can be extended
4 Days per week on-site in Southwest Austin
Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Mid-Level Web Developer with hands-on experience in Sitecore, JavaScript, and React to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in web development and a strong understanding of building scalable, high-performance web applications using Sitecore as a CMS platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business and user needs.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with designers and developers to translate design mockups into responsive, interactive web applications using Sitecore, JavaScript, and React.
Develop custom Sitecore solutions, including templates, layouts, components, and workflows.
Build and maintain front-end components and user interfaces using React, ensuring a seamless experience across devices and browsers.
Integrate third-party systems and APIs into Sitecore and React applications.
Optimize website performance and user experience using front-end best practices.
Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following industry standards.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality.
Troubleshoot and debug issues across the full stack--from UI to backend services.
Stay current with web development trends, tools, and technologies, and share insights with the team.
Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of professional experience in web development, with a focus on Sitecore, SXA, .Net Framework, .Net Core, JavaScript, and React.
Solid understanding of Sitecore CMS architecture, including SXA templates, layouts, renderings, Solr Search and content management.
Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, and responsive design principles.
Experience with JavaScript frameworks/libraries such as React, Redux, Angular, or Vue.js.
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling using AJAX/fetch.
Familiarity with Strong knowledge of version control systems such as Git.
Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
