About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate is strong in integration, backend development, and event-driven systems, while also being open to working with emerging technologies.

Core Skills (must-have):

MuleSoft (Mule ESB / Anypoint Platform) - strong integration experience
Java - expert-level backend development
Databases - SQL/NoSQL, schema design, query optimization
Kafka - event streaming, pub/sub systems

Nice-to-Have (good to have exposure in):

Python - scripting, automation, or AI/ML-related work
React - frontend development exposure
AI/ML frameworks - applied knowledge a plus
Cloud platforms - AWS, Azure, or GCP

What You'll Do:

Lead the design and implementation of integration and backend solutions
Build and maintain scalable APIs and event-driven systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, QA, DevOps)
Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices
Explore opportunities to leverage AI and automation in our systems

What We're Looking For:

6+ years of professional development experience
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to own end-to-end solutions
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
