The Role:

This team takes digital media savvy way beyond impressions, clicks, and conversions. You'll collaborate with our entire group of in-house Tier 1 (National), Tier 2 (Regional), and Tier 3 (Local Dealer) Media Planners, Media Buyers, Creatives, SEM / SEO / SMM / Programmatic Traders, and Data Analysts to drive results.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ad creation (including copywriting), maintenance, and optimization, across multiple digital marketing platforms, including, but not limited to, Google Ads and Facebook Ads; as well as nurturing existing dealer-client relationships through effective communication and assisting with administrative functions as related to our clients.

What your typical day will look like:

Campaign and Client Management

Assist with the development and execution of ad campaigns on Google and Meta including, but not limited to: copywriting, image selection, extension development, and coordinating with internal/external parties to obtain all necessary digital assets
Assist with the ongoing monitoring, tracking, evaluation, and optimization of paid search, paid social, and non-programmatic paid display/video campaign performance to maximize client investment, including, but not limited to, monitoring of budget pacing, audience optimizations, bid optimizations, ad copy adjustment, A/B testing relevant variables, landing page selection, query reports, and ensuring all ads/website conversions are tagged/tracking appropriately
Participate in translating client's marketing goals into successful paid digital campaigns
Participate in presenting campaign results and recommendations to clients in a clear and compelling manner
Serve customers through proactive and reactive administrative tasks, including, but not limited to, preparing and sending out service agreements, responding to incoming requests, resolving concerns, documenting feedback, and preparing and sending monthly reports and invoices
Participate in providing client insights, cultivating upsell opportunities, and managing client expectations with scheduled/ad hoc reports and reviews (mostly virtual with potential for some in-person client interactions)
Commit to sharpening digital marketing skillset and account management acumen

What you bring:

0-1 years of paid search, paid social, and/or paid display experience
0-1 years of Google Analytics experience
University or College Degree in psychology, advertising, marketing, finance, or data analytics is an asset
Knowledge of the media industry and how advertising agencies operate is an asset
Experience/interest in the Auto industry is a huge bonus, but the right attitude is more important

Familiarity with analytical and automatization platforms (Google Analytics, Fluency, Looker Studio, etc.) is a bonus, but the right attitude is more important; training will be provided
Understand the importance of accountability, professionalism, and integrity in the workplace
