Revit Technician (Freelance) - Commercial Interiors, Stages 4 & 5

Start Date: Immediate / Monday

Contract Type: Freelance

Location: London, Studio based

The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Revit Technician to join a commercial interiors project with focus on Stages 4 & 5. The successful candidate will have strong experience in detailing, producing construction information, coordinating with architectural, M&E, joinery and FF&E packages, and ensuring documentation is accurate and to a high standard. This is a fast-paced project starting immediately.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed Revit models and construction documentation for commercial interiors (Stage 4 & 5)
Coordinate with cross-discipline teams (architects, M&E, FF&E, etc.) to resolve clashes and integrate various elements
Produce drawing sets, schedules, and details appropriate for tender/construction use
Maintain model integrity, standards, and efficiency (template setup, families, view management etc.)
Liaise with project leads to ensure deliverables meet deadlines and quality expectations

Essential Skills & Experience:

Proven experience working on commercial interiors projects, particularly Stages 4 & 5
Excellent proficiency in Revit: modelling, documentation, detailing, family creation
Strong understanding of construction methods, finishes, and FF&E integration
Good coordination experience with architectural, M&E, joinery teams
High attention to detail, quality assurance, and ability to work under tight deadlines
Strong communication skills

Desirable:

Familiarity with UK building regulations and standards
Experience using additional software such as AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM 360, or similar
Previous freelance or contract experience, working independently
