Job Specifications

A great opportunity to join a growing Financial Services Group as a Client Reporting Specialist. This is full time role on a 6 month fixed term contract 5 days in our City Offices.

Employment Type: Full-time, Temporary (6-month contract)

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and distribute regular and ad-hoc client reports.
Validate data across internal systems and external sources.
Liaise with Front Office, Middle Office and Operations teams to resolve client queries.
Support bespoke reporting requests across the whole client base.
Assist with process efficiency and automation improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

1-2 years' experience in client reporting, middle office or back-office roles.
Solid understanding of financial instruments (equities, derivatives, securities lending).
Strong attention to detail with proven ability to deliver accurate reporting under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with reporting systems or data tools.
